This kind of management is no difference from the concept of Management as is includes planning, organizing, staffing leading and finally directing and controlling by supervision. E-management's goal as well does not differ from the management objective, which is accomplishing the overall organizational objectives, specifically, through applying ICT and managerial concepts that are stated previously.
