Up to a life sentence for supplying and about 3-7 years for possession. A REGULATED drug is a drug that is normally legal or prescribed. Coffee is a legal drug. The difference is that one of the drugs will put you in prison and one won't, A drug that is ussually pescribe by the doctor.

Cannabis and speed are included in this class. The least dangerous class of prohibited drugs is Class C yet they are still dangerous to use. Certain tranquilizers and ketamine belong to this group.

All these drugs are regulated to ensure they are safe and do not contain adulterants.
