None; The difference of Lipizzans and Lipizzaners is merely two almost identical spelled words with dialect being the course of the small indifference. In Italia you would say Lipizzan while Lipizzaners is the slovenien dialect.

What do lipizzaner eat?

Lipizzaners do not have special food they have to eat-- they eat what horses normally eat... oats, grass, barley, apples and carrots, sugar cubes, etc. As a rule, Lipizzaners must have their intake monitored very carefully, especially when it comes to grains and grasses. They have a "pony" constitution and as a result can founder very easily. Most Lipizzaners actually require very little grain and it's not unusual for one in heavy work to only require 2 pounds of grain a day for maintenance.
