What is the difference between a cd minus R and a cd plus R? |
There is no such thing as "CD+R".
The two common types of writable CD are CD-R and CD-RW.
CD-R can only be written to once, and can be read by a broader range of equipment. This is comparable to tattooing your name into your own eyelid using typical inks. You can't get it out!
Data on a CD-RW disc can be rewritten, but you might not be able to read the disc using some older drives or CD players. This is comparable to tattooing your own name into your eyelid using henna. You can get rid of it and put something else there if you want, but old people can't even see it.
There are two types of writable DVDs called \"DVD-R\" and \"DVD+R\", but the same does not apply to CDs.
