Answer Difference :Primary composition &
Composition Notebooks are the regular notebooks having Black marble cover with wide margin ruling, 100 pages or so. These are usually used in higher grades maybe 4th grade upwards.
The Primary Composition notebooks are having Black marbled cover too , are used for K-1, 2nd & 3rd grades. they were only 50 pages, have a blank line between the dotted lined writing area . The top half of the page is usually blank so that the children can draw/paste pictures and in the bottom half they can write about the pictures /drawings.
Instead of the Black Marbled ones , now these are available in different colored covers........I hope I answered your query satisfactorily!
