What is the difference between a square and a rhombus?

Answer:
on a square, both of the diagonals equal each other, but on a rhombus the diagonals can equal each other, but it's possible for them to not equal each other:

Also, in a rhombus, the sides dont have to be perpendicular to eachother. In a square, all angles are 90 degrees.

A square is a rhombus, but a rhombus is not a square. A square has all 90 degree angles.
All the sides of a rhombus are equal in length,as in a square. The sizes of the angles do not have to equal 90° as in a square.
