Aerobic uses a lot of air and is often cardiovascular. For example , like running.

Anaerobic is strength and does not use a lot of air.For example , like lifting weights.

Do you mean in terms of respiration, or exercise? I answered above based on exercise.

Aerobic biological processes occur in the presence of Oxygen [O2] while anaerobic processes occur only in the absence of O2.

Aerobic respiration is where energy is made using oxygen. This happens in activities such as running a marathon. Anaerobic respiration is where energy is made in the absence of oxygen. It's only a short term way of producing energy quickly (i.e during a 10 sec sprint).
