Attached earlobes is when the ear lobe(the bottom part of your ear that ear-rings are normally fitted) is attached to your face so that it makes a long connection to it. Unattached earlobes are rounded and "hang" from the bottom of your ear.

What are the concepts of heredity?

The 'concepts of heredity' are not a description of inheritable traits (such as eye colour, lactose tolerance, the ability to roll your tongue, or whether you have attached/unattached earlobes) but of the mechanisms themselves (ie- genetics).
