What is the difference between cancerous and non cancerous lymph node I have a swollen lymph node in my groin area. It is soft and mobile ultrasound confirmed it's size 04 cm. Is this cancer?

Most likely from infection. Your lymph nodes can do some impressive things though so keep a eye on it but don't over handle it either. Touching it all the time can make it worse by irritating the sesitive node.
