What is the difference between cheerleading and gymnastics?

[Edit]

Answer

Cheerleading and Gymanstics are both very hard sports. Gymnastics has 4 events (floor, vault, bars, and beam) and cheerleaders have to tumble, stunt, and cheer. In both you have to be flexible and you must be physically fit. Cheerleading is very demanding in the fact that a normal team practices 4 hours 6 days a week year round. In gymnastics they practice in the summer and winter for 2-3 hours. Cheerleaders wear shoes, gymnasts don't. Gymnasts wear leotards and cheerleaders wear skirts with a body suit and shell.
