computer is the physical thing that you see and touch, it is also called hardware. while the computer system, it is the computer applications and programs that you use it is also called the software.

∙ 11y agoA computer and a computer system are the same thing, it's just the way it is put forward. For example in my assignments at college i would use the word computer system as it is a more technical name than computer.
