3-e-mail

4- floppy

5-usb drive...

HARD COPY:

A copy of a file in printable form or written form that doesn't depend electronic device

usually these terms are used for files or documents. soft copy is the software form of a file or document either in ms word or pdf or any other software format. while hard copy is the physical document or file.
