The simple answer is yes, they are the same thing, marijuana is marijuana is marijuana. The only thing that makes medical marijuana "medical" is that is distributed at dispensaries and done so in a legal fashion. It is grown the same way as most marijuana (in soil or hydroponic setups). However, the bill passed in California does specify that the dispensaries SHOULD do their best to gaurantee that their product was grown organically and doesnt contain any pesticides/additives etc. However at this current time there isn't any real way for them to gaurantee such a thing. So yes its just well grown(and sometimes not so well) REGULAR marijuana. It is the same strains they have over in Amsterdam (and everywhere else in the world for that matter), only difference being its sold from a dispensary therefore deemed "medical marijuana". It is produced by the same people in the same fashion as regular high grade marijuana. It is a misconception that these people are heavely regulated (such as a pharmecutical company). They simply are grown by experienced gardeners (usually), that's all. "Medical marijuana" simply refers to where and how it was purchased, simple as that.

Alright well the difference between is medical and regular. medical is grown but chemicals put in to it witch is like legal weed (even tho its not legal) but medical is better for diseases like HIV or AIDS and is mainly used for cancer for chemo therapy to reduce vomiting and to make you not dissy. now there is medical weed that has alot of THC in it thats why people that arent sick smoke it just to feel. But theres where the problem starts because when people think that they think real weed is weak, the weakest weed you can get is mids (also know as dirt) and low strain nug so people think thats what regular weed.

Now regular weed is better because it isnt made in a lab or stuff to put into it like other drugs. regular weed is better because theres many different strains like: Kush, Bud, and Loud...now we talked about mids and low strain nug but there better stuff then that with more THC like: Hindu Kush, Sour Diesel, Indian Red Hair, Teaxes Kush (might of never heard of Texas kush because its only grown down in texas but its the best weed on the east coast), Cali Kush and More so dont let anybody fill your head with lies this is the truth... Regular weed isnt laced or mixed its grown and picked and selled so there might be states thats passing medical and everybody is getting excited but when they pass regurgitation( thats when you can smoke weed but a certain age) then ill be excited till then i just wanted everybody knowing the truth that way people dont fill your heads with lies

The only difference I know of is that one is legal, and one isn't. They should both have high THC levels. The medical is usually a pure strain and cleaner. Street chronic you can never tell where it's coming from.

There is a big difference. Street marijuana is grown using pesticides, and other toxic adulterants. Street drugs often contains chemicals that is similar to THC, but is much more potent. They are not safe. Some of the names for these are K2 or Spice.

Spice, K2 and similar drugs are often sold as 'legal highs', often sold as an incense.

When people use these drugs there they are admitted to hospitals for hallucinating, having seizures or severe headaches. Smoking pesticides is not healthy.

One way to make a cheap high is to mix rat poison and bleach, sodium bicarbonate, and antifreeze. It works - Once -

Is there a difference between medicinal marijuana and street marijuana?

No, they are the same. The only difference is "street" marijuana is acquired through the criminal market and is unregulated with many different strains, some good, some bad (not going to kill you, but sucks in quality), some dealers and growers are very knowledgeable about what they're growing, they're professionals, although criminal, but most dealers walking around trying to sell to random people don't really know what strain they're dealing, just that they have some bud to unload for a profit, and medical marijuana, where legal, is regulated and each strain is bred specifically for specific ailments.

List of controlled substances?

There are hundreds of controlled substances. They are classified into different classes ranging from 1-7. Substances in classes 2-7 have medical use but substances in class 1 (known as a C-I) are street drugs. Marijuana has medical use but is mistakenly classified as a C-I. This sends the image that Marijuana is as harmful as Cocaine or Heroin. This is definitely not true!

Is medical marijuana expensive?

All prices are per gram. These are medical marijuana cost. I have added street value. For private organic Cannabis $10 per gram. For Government (non-organic Cannabis $15.00 per gram. Some compassion clubs charge between $17.00 to $20.00 for non-organie Cannabis. Street Cannabis can run between $8.00 and $15.00 per gram 1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams So if you were to take private organic Cannabis at $10 a gram - one ounce would cost just a few cents under three hundred ($280.00) USD dollars I hope this answers your question on what is the cost of medical marijuana.

What happens if you get busted selling medical marijuana in Canada?

They will just stop giving you marijuana you might go to jail I'm not sure, and if you were selling medical marijuana you probably wouldn't be getting much money because the government only gives you one plant and medical marijuana doesn't give you the same high, it doesn't have the same chemicals that street marijuana.

Does marijuana lead to harder drugs?

No it doesn’t, I’ve been on the medical marijuana program for almost 6 years and the best part is it’s not addictive like other substances. Just not street marijuana since it can/will be laced with other things such as fentanyl.
