What is the difference between network administration and system administration?

Answer

In the simplest of terms they are the same, it is just the target supported is different. Network administration supports the hardware and software that makes up the network, switches and routers for example. System administration would involve the support of the various servers that would be connected to the network, database, email, and web servers are good examples.
