Stealth aircraft are made so they don't show up on radar very well, or at all. This is important if you're going out to blow something up and don't want to be seen.
Commercial aircraft could not be stealth aircraft because you really need to be able to see one on radar. Air Traffic Control uses radar to detect aircraft in its area, other planes use radar to detect you in the sky...having a commercial plane that couldn't be seen on radar would be very bad.

the difference is like police and thief.
The F-22 stealth raptor is the stealth combat aircraft.
titanium
All stealth aircraft are built with the intent of being 'invisible' to radar. One of the best was the F-117.
a stealth plane has the normal components of any other aircraft. the main difference is the exterior design of the aircraft. a stealth plane \s body is made at high angles to help deflect enemy radar. they also use radar absorbant paint so the radar pick up is nil or similar to that of a small bird.
The T-50.
Stealth remained the weapon enroute to target.
Fast enough to do the job. The actual maximum speed of all stealth aircraft is classified. Like any aircraft, the speed will depend on many factors.
like a normal aircraft
semi stealth means that the aircraft is hard to detect on enemy radar systems giving the aircraft the upper hand in a dogfight. the F-22 is a prime example of this.
Military aircraft are designed to destroy the enemy's military aircraft and (sometimes) their civil aircraft. They also preform bombing tasks as well as a few non-combat tasks. Civil aircraft are mainly transports and crop sprayers that don't do much fighting. Military aircraft are designed to fulfill a multitude of roles that are specified by the Armed forces that will be using these aircraft. These roles include Air attack as well as air support and defence of other military assets. Transport and surveillence are also key roles that military aircraft fulfill. Civil aircraft are designed to perform commercial transport as well as personal use and sports roles. Civil aircraft have no need for stealth or combat survivability the way military Military aircraft do.
A stealth air craft can be destroyed like any other airplane. The name stealth aircraft comes from how these airplanes are "invisible" to radar systems. P.S. Aircraft is already plural. Saying aircrafts is like say chineses
the stealth fighter has a classified mixture of a special kind of aircraft paint that the radar cant read. Answer: Stealth is "designed in". It relies upon the shaping of the airframe, (although stealth paint can help).
