bare copper is pure copper, while tinned copper is having light coating of Tin over it, preferred where soldering phenomenon is req.

while the bare copper is good conductor then tinned copper.

  1. Stranded wire is composed of a bundle of small-gauge wires to make a larger conductor. Stranded wire is more flexible than solid wire of the same total cross-sectional area.
  2. Tinsel wire is a form of low voltage electrical wire used when maximum mechanical flexibility is desired. It is commonly found in cords used for telephones, especially the handset cords. Because of its extreme flexibility, it is very resistant to failing as a result of metal fatigue.

    In this way it is different than ordinary stranded wire or, especially, solid wire.

  3. Solid wire, also called solid-core or single-strand wire, consists of one piece of metal wire.
