At the beginning of telophase I, each half of the cell has a complete haploid set of chromosomes, but each chromosome is still composed of two sister chromatids. Cytokinesis usually occurs simultaneously with telophase I, forming two haploid daughter cells. No chromosome replication occurs between the end of meiosis I and the beginning of meiosis II, as the chromosomes are already replicated.

In telophase II, the nuclei form and the chromosomes begin decondensing. The meiotic division of one parent cell produces four daughter cells, each with a haploid set of (unreplicated) chromosomes

What is the difference between anaphase and telophase?

anaphase is when the centrosomes start to pull the sister chromatids apart. Telephase is when the cell actually divides in 2

What are the two main phases of cell division in order?

Are you talking about Meiosis 1 and meiosis 2? If you are the steps are Interphase, prophase 1, metaphase 1, anaphase 1, telophase 1/cytokinesis, prophase 2, metaphase 2, anaphase 2, and telophase 2/cytokinesis

When is the cytoplasm of the cell divided?

The cytoplasm begins to divide during telophase in mitosis or telophase 1 and 2 in meiosis. In Cytokinesis, a cleavage furrow forms and the cell pinches in. In plant cells, a cell plate forms between the 2 daughter cells.

What is the difference between the numbers 2 and 3?

1. The difference of two numbers are the numbers between them. The difference is found by subtracting the smaller number from the larger. In this case, 2 is subtracted from 3 (3-2) with a difference of 1. 3-2=1

Which is the results of telophase 1 and cytokinesis?
