Perm press is designed for clothing that have chemicals such as to keep them wrinkle free and hold it's shape. This cycle is designed to give the right amount of heat to keep the chemical process intact in the fibers.
Delicate cycle is for clothing with delicate fibers (polyester, lycra, ect.) The cycle is designed for delicates to be dried carefully with a slower speed and lower heat to prevent damage to the clothing.
