The fundamental difference between both reproductive systems is that of the gamete they supply; the vagina has the eggs whilst the penis has the sperm. The differences are outlined below:

The Physical Characteristics
The Female has ovaries and the Male has testes
The Females have the egg cells while the males have sperm cells
Females can get pregnant, whilst males cannot
Females have breasts that produce milk whereas males has breasts that don't produce milk
Females carry estrogen and progesterone hormone, while males carry androgens and testosterone hormone
