The fundamental difference between both reproductive systems is that of the gamete they supply; the vagina has the eggs whilst the penis has the sperm. The differences are outlined below:

  • The Female has ovaries and the Male has testes
  • The Females have the egg cells while the males have sperm cells
  • Females can get pregnant, whilst males cannot
  • Females have breasts that produce milk whereas males has breasts that don't produce milk
  • Females carry estrogen and progesterone hormone, while males carry androgens and testosterone hormone
