The difference is the nike dunk sb's have a fluffier tounge/fat tounge and they have an air zoom insole. Another big difference is the sb's come in alot of different rare styles and color. They are hard to find authentic for a good price. But the only place to get them 100% authentic and at a good price is at a skateboarding store.
Not to mention that they are made specificaly for skateing, hence the SB (skateboarding).
