Many would prefer Firefox because it can be personalized much more than Chrome can. The add-ons and other available downloads from Mozilla can really enhance browsing experience. To me, Firefox seems like more of a secure browser as well.

Google Chrome is perfect if you prefer a simple, FAST browser. The URL bar is very useful for getting to sites quickly.

It comes down to personal preference. If you can't make up your mind, then just install both and try each of them! I use both and take advantage of what each has to offer.
