kneel on the floor and hold your legs in the splits position and hold for 30 secs and then swap to the next leg. do this around 5 times and then rest by having a hot bath. do this every day and you will soon master the splits.
Practice Makes Perfect!First, stretch when you wake up, after you eat lunch, and before you go to bed. Make sure you stretch 3 times a day or more and try to spread the times out byt a few hours. Hold your slits and try not to put your hands down and have someone hold onto them. Relax your muscles and make sure to breathe.I was never in gymnastic or anything and i wasnt really skinny, well i wasnt skinny...but anyway every night i would stretch for a while and i remember it started working. i actually put my leg on the wall, held it straight and touch the floor.. that worked for me.?!?

Well if you are not flexible enough, the best way to get yourself to do this is by bending one leg behind you, whilst stretching the other one straight and touching your toes, do this with both legs everyday or in your spare time, itll take a while and there might be some pain, just dont strain yourself, but youll be able to do the splits soon enough :)
