I am researching the same question. So far the best I have come up with is to become a Humanist - http://www.humanists.ca They are a non-religious group that believes in "honesty, compassion, reason, critical thinking, and cooperation, in every facet of human interdependence."

Once a member you can apply to become an officiant after one year.

I have not tried this yet myself (looking for a faster way).
