What is the effect of antibiosis on neighbouring bacteria growing on an agar growth medium?

bacteria grows best at warm temperatures. it has been proved. but if it gets too high (cooking temperatures) it may be killed. that probably has been proved but i am not aware. hope this help.i <3...
