What happens when you smoke Heroin, is you become really tired, and sleepy. IF you are really jacked up on it you begin hallusinating. You are unable to know what is going on, you are unable to see very well, and other serious effects. When you are hooked on Heroin, you look pale, sleepy (VERY!!), and cannot do many things. You can tell if a person is on Heroin if they are Very tired, Can't tell what's going on, Can not really respond to liget questions, their head hangs down while sleeping, and they can't what so ever talk or walk. Trust me i know because i had to go through it with a mother and a father on alcohol. Now they are both gone and away because of the stupid choices they made.
