Will give a mild brain buzz similar to a small puff off a cigarette. if you mix with black pepper and cloves to taste it will give you a relaxing but stimulating buzz similar to tobacco. this is due to the mao inhibition (mildly inhibits breakdown of serotonin and dopamine) caused by piperine in black pepper, and the rosemary inhibits the breakdown of acetylcholine, stimulating the cholinergic system similarly (but friendlier on your neurochemistry than) tobacco. i thought it up and tried it and it certainly works for me. happy herbing!
