You can try sending emails to the listed address as above, but you will NEVER receive a reply except an automated one. I have waited 3 months but never receive any reply from them. I don't know if they are snobbish or inefficient or BOTH!!!

I wrote to plfeedbach@airasia - the contact email supplied on their website on two occasions, once about an airport tax refund and then the latest letter below. No replies forthcoming for either. I seriously want to start a Facebook anti Air Asia campaign. Anybody out there with Air Asia problems?

My latest letter:

Please be informed that your system of "specials" sucks like no leech can ever suck. It is a marketing gimmick that borders on dishonest. I've wasted my time on many occasions in an attemp to book a "discount" flight. Please notify your customers with an honest message that the one or two discounted seats on the flight had been taken. Do it with a banner across the special offer Sold out. This will at least be an open policy and certainly not rogue, piratical advertising. Does AirAsia face financial difficulties that you have to resort to such unethical advertising practices?

Ps. Never underestimate the power of Facebook and other social networks - I will start a Facebook campaign like AirAsia Sucks if you ever advertise discounted seats again and when I attempt to book a seat I get a price that is about double the advertised price Shift+;

Recently I went with airasia to Bali. We registered and entered the waiting zone to board. It was very crowded over there and we decided to go to toilet and come back after 5 min since they did not announce anything yet. when we came back the gate was already closed and they didn't let us in. when we asked why we didn't here anything and they also didn't call us since we were registered and were suppose to be in their data base as ready to board, they answered that they don't announce anything because it will be noisy. The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!!!So, they send us back to the counter to purchase a new ticket when our plane hadn't taken off yet. As a result we end up being late for our boat to another island and needed to buy another ticket there also, we've wasted a night in a very expensive hotel, stayed in some village and didnt dive(we were going actually to dive in that place).moreover our cash because of all these consequences finished and we weren't able to enjoy the rest of our vocation. And on top of everything in Indonesian airport they charged us for airport tax, which I think we paid when bought a ticket. Normally, I need to sue them. unfortunately there is no phone , email or another customer service contacts

no specific e-mail adresss for Thailand office on their webseite, as Air Asia is Malaysia based there is only the e-mail adres above.
