European and African. Jamaica was once a British colony, and Britain is in Europe. Africans were imported as slaves or indentured servants, which is why Jamaica is 99% black today, but they speak with Brit accents.
Black, because black is dominant to white. In some cases though the baby will be a lighter color of black, like more of a brown.

Depending on the appearance, could be black, white, biracial, or "mixed race". Most "black" people in the US are mixed race, but considered black by our culture.
A mulatto is the child of one black parent and one white parent. It doesn't matter which parent is black or white. As long as one parent is black and one parent is white, then you are a mulatto.
