On the part of Marlin, it was not allowing his son to live his own life because Marlin was damaged by the loss of his wife and other eggs. On the part of Nemo, it was not honoring his dad and doing something he knew he wasn't supposed to do.

The Falling Action of a story is when the problem presented in the climax is resolved.

In Finding Nemo (I assume that's what you mean by "Nemo") the falling action would be when Nemo saves Dori by swimming downwards in the net containing all the Tunas, and Marlin learns to trust his obviously maturing son.

I suppose rising action would be when he builds the Iron Man prototype and escapes captivity

that, or the scenes in which he tests the modified versions

climax would be when he beats his business partner (Bridges)

falling action I guess would be when Iron Man reveals his identity to the press

how does that sound?

really, Im just guessing
