I cannot find the fear of never falling in love, but the fear of falling in love is called Philophobia, so I would imagine that it is something along the lines of anti-philophobia.

Sorry that I couldn't help more, but I hope that what i have given is sufficient.

As he said there isn't really a defined term for the opposite of Philophobia, however a lot of people refer to it as Anti-Philophobia or Unphilophobia.

It is an insecurity, often it has a root in one or many events you already have experienced. If you are used to not being loved, it is often hard to accept love afterwards. This can often be very hard to turn around and is often the cause to peoples depression.
