As he said there isn't really a defined term for the opposite of Philophobia, however a lot of people refer to it as Anti-Philophobia or Unphilophobia.
It is an insecurity, often it has a root in one or many events you already have experienced. If you are used to not being loved, it is often hard to accept love afterwards. This can often be very hard to turn around and is often the cause to peoples depression.
