The fear of small dots, or other patterns with lots of small, contrasting detail, is known as trypophobia. It can generally be considered as a fear of certain shapes.
I'm not quite sure what it's called but I have it too and it's not fun. I think over the years it will not be as scary, but you will still feel some uncomfort around it. Hope this helps!

There does not appear to be a scientific name to describe the fear of splinters. isn't really a fear for that. but there is a fear for large objects in general . it is called megalophobia.
