For your 1991 Oldsmobile 98:

Firing Order 1-6-5-4-3-2

Standing in frony of the vehicle the cylinders from left to right are 1-3-5 and the farthest one on the backside are from left to right 2-4-6

NOTE: There are 2 different motors used this year. The Canadian motor produced runs in reverse order. But this motor is very rare as they only istalled approx. 500 of these motors in the 1991 model. Most of them were used in following year.
