Watch carefully, I'm gonna make myslef look stupid. For many moons, the 318 firing order has been 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. The change in firing order may have happened AFTER '85, I'm not sure. A little carb cleaner and patience will find the order for you on the intake manifold.
