Well it transports people, cars and other stuff across from a country to another.

ANS 2 -A cantilever means that it is built using structures that project horizontally supported on only one end at first.

It's function is the same as any bridge, to allow access over a river, or other deep obstacle. - (not necessarily from any country to another. They could be in the middle of a town, as 3 are in my area)
