Look for an auxiliary fuse or it may be controlled by the radio fuse.
Hi....this has happened to me a couple of times and it's in the fuse box that's located under the hood - not the 'normal' fuse box under the dash.
There could be two causes for this. The first is the fuse is getting weak and the second is the relay isn't working.
under the hood ,driver side.
You can find the location of fuses in the owner's manual.
They are located under the hood on the passenger side fuse box, labeled "H/L LH" and "H/L RH".

There are two fuse boxes on a 2001 Mazda tribute. One is in the engine compartment just behind the battery above the drivers wheel fender. The other is on the left wall near the floor forward of the drivers door down where the drivers feet rest.

The fuse for your 1994 Mazda pickup truck four-wheel-drive can be found in the fuse box. The four-wheel-drive fuse will be the number 14 fuse.
