Doing 50-55mph on the highway, I get 10.4mpg.
Mine has a 410 Dana rearend and a 3spd 727 transmission. they are definitely not gas sippers. I'm unsure what other models would get. I know you can get them with 318v8, 360v8, 440v8.
mine has a 318 and it gets about 11

The gas mileage for a 2010 Dodge 3500 depends on the options, and depends on if you are towing anything. A Dodge with 4 wheel drive gets 13 city/18 highway miles per gallon.
