Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies
Serves: 5-6 Dozen
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp. of Baking Soda
1 cup (or) 2 sticks of butter
1/4 cup of Sugar
3/4 cups of Brown Sugar
1 tsp. of Vanilla
2 eggs
3.4 Box of Instant Pudding(any flavor you want)
Method: Mix flour and baking soda together then set aside. Mix the flour and baking soda together with the other ingrediants. ADD 12oz. BAG OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS!! Mix all together.
Notes: Bake at 325 degrees on an ungreased pan for 8 minutes.!

Blend all ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and/or coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen. Do not over bake very light brown around edges.
