Depends on what you consider fast food. But there are always healthy options. Say you go to "Triple O's" They have either a original or a chicken supreme that would be good choices. At McDonald's either a grilled chicken or just a big Mac. True burgers aren't healthy, but you can ask for no mayo to reduce calories hugely! Never go with more then 1 patty, nobody needs it. If you want to go very healthy, go with a chicken burger (just make sure it's grilled and not fried).

You could also have a veggie burger those are really healthy.

It's the only way they can beat the competition.
