McDonald is known for many unhealthy food choices. However, there are some healthy items such as Salads and/or McDonalds Egg McMuffin. These wouldn't be considered as healthy but it would be considered as the healthiest choices that McDonalds have.
you can get a hamburger (no cheese) and instead of fries you can get the apple and caramel dip.also you can get a plain salad because the ranch dressing is bad for you so dont get the ranch on it.(and water unless you want soda you can order a small soda or Diet Soda.)it may not be all healthy but its still healthier than anything else there.trust me i lost a few pounds just by eating it.hope u have fun on your diet.:)
As in nutrients the fruit salad.
The only thing that is healthy at McDonalds is their water. Even their salads are full of unhealthy condiments and ingredients.

Frappuccinos are a great source of calcium and technically, anything is healthy in moderation. However, they aren't that great for you. If you are going to drink them, get a tall without whipped cream and with skim or soy milk. Small changes like that can cut out a chunk of calories.
Anything at McDonalds is going to fattening and bad for your health/the environment

Until they need to get rid of it. Which is also why you shouldn't do anything dumb so you don't have to worry about anything.
