less than 115 is normal, from 115-130 is overweight, and 131 and up is obese.

Well that is not true and that is why there is so many young people with unrealistic concepts on healthy body weight which can lead to eating disorders. Wait I am 5ft tall and have a small frame and weight 123. According to even your chart I am overweight. It says for a small frame person at 5ft I should weigh between 103-113. I think that is BS. I use to weigh like 100-105 and I think I look so much better now. I love my body much more now. This chart is not right either.
