What is the height of the tallest living tree?

Answer:
The tallest growing group of trees in the world are the Sequoia (S. semperviriens) also known as the Coastal Redwood, Giant Redwood and California Redwood. The trees are indigenous to California and Oregon (USA).

These coniferous, cone-bearing trees are monocotyledonous and can grow up to 110 meters or 360 feet. Some of the oldest living specimens are approximately 2,000 years old.
