On January 31, 1989, Loyola Marymount defeated U.S. International 181-150.
However, U.S. International may not have been Division 1 (I am not sure).
Elsewise, it would be UNLV over Utah State, 142-140, on January 2, 1985. It was Jerry Tarkanian's 600th career coaching victory, and it lasted three overtimes.
I do not know the top scorers in either case.
