Of course its real. they sometimes have to re inact the scenes that the film crew do not always cover because they are not with them 24/7 but its so real.

Lauren works at teen vouge (well did) and heidi and Spencer are fully engaged.

The Hills, Is not a reality show, it is reality in the way that, they are filming in real locations in public places and so on, but multiple takes are done and it is somewhat scripted, hence it not being a reality show, so it is, in response to your question a show based on eality, not a reality show

its not fake at all. But people may think it is because heidi and Spencer always happen to run into LC and start trouble. that's because the producers tell heidi to go to ketchup or whatever so she ends up seeing Lauren!. So if you see or notice any mysterious things on the show, blame it on the producers.

good answer btw, but the show is fake cause there are real people and blah blah but they get told to go around and do certain things and say things so tbh its all really fake. so it is fake. and the marraige between hiedi and Spencer is total bull as its all for the camara and for publicity. they are Z listers.
