Folsom was a retail/wholesale operation in NYC and the gun would have been manufactured either by Crescent Firearms, Norwich, CT, or by one of several Belgian companies, around 1900. If it is a boxlock with fluid steel barrels, it could be a $200+ shooter (if approved by an experienced gunsmith). If it has side hammers and damascus barrels, it should be a mantle decoration for $125-$150.
