I think it depends on how much you work out and how much muscle you have. Around 135-150, but it also depending on your age it might be different. If you think you need to lose weight look at a B.M.I. scale to see if you really do.

According to BMI rules, you should be between 8st 6lbs (53.6kg) and 11st 6lbs (72.4kg)

The BMI rules say that your should have a BMI of between 18.5 and 25 to be healthy.
