If the observer is not objective, then the observations can be skewed. That's one reason why they do double-blind studies and the like. If the observers know what the study is about, even... then they will develop an opinion about what the results should be, and might interpret their observations in ways that will support the conclusions that they have arrived at prematurely. This is why you have so many studies supporting opposite viewpoints. If the tobacco company pays someone to do a study, then the conclusions of that study are more likely to be biased towards the source of the revenue, and hopefully continued revenue. The same thing is true with other issues... danger of cell phones for instance, or causes of autism. These are incredibly biased issues, and it is hard to find anything that is truly objective, especially when there is so much money to be gained on one side or the other, and so many chances of scaring the public or other things. It is imperative that observations be presented in the most objective way possible. History, even very recent history, is replete with examples of information being hidden or ridiculed by whoever has more power that day. Unfortunately, the scientific method almost always knuckles under to political pressure. Even the wording of a survey can bias the answers one way or another... just like the wording they use in marketing. You can make something seem cool or reprehensible, just by the way that you talk about it. If there is no objectivity in a study, then the results are in question.
It is important to be objective when observing because when we are objective we are expecting positive things about the child instead of talking about the child in a negative way

The objective of observing fresh specimen is to find out how the still-live specimen functions. One can observe blood flow and movement.
yup! they do. they do what they see.. b'cuz the observing, and then copying skills of children is very good, specially in their growing ages.
Actually, it depends on the specimen which you are observing.. Suppose, if you are observing Tissues then you have to switch to 10X objective; but if you are observing mammalian cells or other cellular specimen then you have to switch to 45X objective...But, if you want to observe microbial cells then you have to put a drop a drop of paraffin oil on the smear made on the slide and then observe it into 100X oil immersion objectivelens...
magnification.
Yes, children learn through imitation by observing and copying the behavior of others, especially parents and caregivers. This process helps them acquire language, social skills, and other abilities important for their development.
Stating the objective at the beginning of the presentation is equally important.
