The importance of teamwork is vital for a steady business. Without it jobs and communications arn't effective as much.
Teamwork is generally encouraged or endorsed by supervisors and it is a cooperative effort by the members of a group to achieve a common work objective as it is defined by management. It normally involves an identifiable group of actors working on a readily observable problem with a clear start and end date defined by management. Teamwork occurs primarily because a task cannot be accomplished individually or working as a team is perceived as much more efficient or effective. For example, working on drug enforcement generally requires a spotter, a chase car, and a female officer to search any female suspects.
Everyone needs a leader. Otherwise people will just go "nuts" or work off "instinct". Team leaders or Squad Leaders (as they are also known) are there to lead troops into battle strategically. They are there to make sure no-one makes any hasty decisions that could cost the whole platoon their life. So my guess is that it is of great importance to have a team/squad leader.
The Army Need team work so they are able to execute strategies which allows them to take control of the situation... without team work it would cost us more soldiers lives in the battlefield
