I'm pretty you can't really be too old to work at Walmart, unless you aren't able to do any of the jobs. We have one door greeter at ours who is ancient. He can hardly walk, but he still works there part time. You can be too young to work there due to state laws and what not, but if you can do the job, as a rule they don't really care how old you are.

For many, Walmart's business practices keep them in the same place that they were before taking the job. Walmart's wages are low, so getting a job with them doesn't change people's lives.
Receptionist? Greeter?
A job description is, basically, a brief amount of information on what doing your job requires and regards, or just a subtle explanation of it. For example......A person greeter at Walmart is someone who says "Welcome to Walmart!", or gives people a friendly greeting welcoming them to the store. A cart pusher at the same store would have a different job description; Basically, a cart pusher is someone who retrieves carts from outside of the store, in the parking lot of Walmart.
Nine out of ten people over 60 years of age probably work for minimum wage as a cashier or fast food server. Many people over 60 years of age also work at Walmart as a customer greeter.
