To install formica you will need a "table saw" to cut it at least a 1/2 inch over on all sides and a router to edge it off once it is laid on your surface. you can also edge it off with a good metal file but this way is done with experience-- using a metal file for formica edging is not for the novice. first remember to apply the adhesive to both the table surface and the back of the intended formica and wait about 10 minutes before mating both together and be sure to have a block of wood with a piece of carpet on it for easy pressure sliding to rub your mating pieces.
