There is a new law that goes into effect September 1, 2009 that prohibits children under the age of five from riding on motorcycles.
Inertial effect does this. According to Inertial Law, a body continues it's state of rest or motion, unless an unbalanced external force acts on it. Initially, when the vehicle is in motion, the passenger in connection with it also continues the same state of motion.
